How Small Group Practices Actually Handle Their Numbers

My name is Rob Freels, I'm a fractional CFO who works almost entirely with mental health group practices. There are good surveys of what practices charge and what they earn. There isn't one that asks what comes off the top before the money is yours, how long ago you set it, or which of your own numbers you can actually get to. That's what this is.

Fourteen questions, about four minutes. "I don't know" is a real answer and a genuinely useful one: half of what I'm trying to measure is which numbers owners can actually get to.

Everyone who answers gets the results first, free, before anyone else sees them. Nothing in the results will identify you or your practice.
